Job summary

Charles Hull Contracting in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at Greenbushes Lithium Mine on an 8:6 roster. Stay in camp or live locally; oversee planned and breakdown maintenance across a Caterpillar fleet to ensure safety and high-quality workmanship.

You will delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and liaise with management while driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified with strong focus on Caterpillar earthmoving equipment.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience with a large fleet of mobile equipment.
• Hold Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work, monitor progress and provide feedback on each project.
• Act as a key link between the team and senior management; address quality issues and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements; participate in training and documentation; promote continuous improvement.
