Job summary

CSI Mining Services is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance at the Bald Hill Lithium Mine in the Goldfields region. You will supervise mechanical crews, plan preventative work, and ensure safe, reliable operation of fixed plant and mobile equipment on an 8D 6RR roster.

This full-time role offers site-based leadership and continuous improvement opportunities. The role requires a trade qualification, CMMS experience, and current First Aid certification, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and supervisory training completed.
• Experience with mechanical maintenance and plant equipment.
• Exposure to mining safety standards and regulations.
• Previous crushing plant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance on fixed plant.
• Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Ensure staff and contractors are qualified for their roles.
• Depose as Site Manager during leave/roster periods.
