Peabody Energy, Inc. is seeking a Complex Services Maintenance Planner for the Wambo Mine in New South Wales. The role reports to the Mechanical Engineering Manager and will plan and coordinate maintenance across a diverse range of assets supporting the Wambo Complex.

The position involves creating work packs, managing SAP PM, supporting shutdowns and major projects, and driving safety and reliability improvements while coordinating contractors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within mining, heavy industry or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset reliability principles.
• Proven experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules for Complex Services assets.
• Create work packs, job scopes and resource requirements for maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance notifications and work orders within SAP.
• Support shutdowns, major maintenance projects and statutory compliance activities.
• Analyse asset performance data and identify reliability improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and maintain accurate asset and maintenance records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability and asset performance.
