Job summary

Guma-Warnii Pty is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the Argyle mine closure project in Perth on a short-term contract. The role focuses on end-to-end sourcing, RFPs/RFQs, and contract negotiations within a busy pipeline of procurement packages.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement, strong pre-award experience, and expertise with SAP Ariba. You will collaborate with project and technical teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ procurement experience.
• Strong pre-award and sourcing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP Ariba is essential.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pace.
• Experience working with Traditional Owner businesses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and pre-award procurement activities.
• Develop and manage RFPs/RFQs and tender processes.
• Support stakeholders with scope development and procurement strategy.
• Evaluate commercial proposals and support negotiations.
• Establish and vary contracts.
• Manage multiple procurement activities and stakeholders.
