Job summary

The Perth Mint is seeking an experienced procurement professional for a permanent, full-time role based in East Perth. You’ll develop contracts from start to finish, shape tenders, and support across business units while ensuring compliance and value.

Occasional site visits may be required. The ideal candidate has a couple of years in procurement or contract management, familiarity with WA rules or government trading environments, and a willingness to train others.

Qualifications

• A couple of years of procurement or contract management experience.
• Experience with WA procurement rules or government trading environment is preferred.
• Willingness to train others and share knowledge.
• Ability to manage timelines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contracts from start to finish.
• Shape tenders and facilitate site visits or supplier meetings.
• Collaborate with business owners across units to ensure compliance and value.
• Provide guidance on the procurement platform and processes.
