Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or buying
• Mining/resources/industrial sector experience
• Proficient with ERP systems (Pronto/SAP/Ellipse/JDE)
• Good Excel skills and data-driven
• Strong communication and follow-up
• Organised with multiple open orders
• Full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders end to end
• Source quotes and compare suppliers on price, lead time and availability
• Collaborate with site and maintenance teams to understand needs
• Follow up deliveries and resolve late or missing items
• Maintain accurate supplier and pricing data in the system
• Support contract renewals and preferred supplier agreements
• Ensure buying activity follows company procedures and delegation limits
