Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Cluster Manager for Mimco to lead across multiple standalone and concession sites in Brisbane. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional store experiences and drive financial growth for the brand.

You will coach your team, analyse performance, manage rosters and budgets, and ensure brand standards while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace focused on customer excellence.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Conduct detailed analysis of cluster performance to make informed business decisions impacting profitability
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
