The role requires a Forklift licence, a valid driver's licence, and the ability to work in a physically active manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and plant performance.
• Receive, store, and dispatch raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare ingredients and materials for production.
• Carry out routine quality checks and accurately complete production records.
• Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Identify and report equipment faults, process issues, and safety hazards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and safety-focused Production Operator to join our team at Narangba. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, assist with raw material handling, quality testing, and product dispatch, while ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play an important role in maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and ensuring our site remains safe and environmentally responsible.

What You Will Be Doing

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• A current Forklift Licence.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing (preferred but not essential).
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to identify and report safety or quality issues.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
• The ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment is important.
