Ridley is seeking a reliable Mill Operator for our Toowoomba site. In this hands-on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

We provide full training and support, with opportunities for career development and progression from Mill Production Operator to Shift Supervisor. A safety-first culture and teamwork are core to our operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment per SOPs.
• Assist in producing high-quality products meeting specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean,safe and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
