Ridley Corporation Ltd is seeking a reliable Mill Operator for our Toowoomba site. You will operate mill equipment, produce quality products, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Training and career progression are available, including a path from Mill Production Operator to Shift Supervisor. We welcome applicants from manufacturing backgrounds or those starting a new career, with opportunities to learn and grow within a leading Australian agribusiness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment per SOPs.
• Assist in producing quality products meeting specifications.
• Monitor processes and report quality or equipment issues.
• Keep a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to hit daily targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
