Job summary

Ridley is seeking a reliable Blending Operator to join its Maroota team in Australia. You will operate the blending plant to produce products meeting customer specifications, load, blend and dispatch materials, and monitor equipment for safe, efficient production.

You will report faults and maintain documentation while supporting safety and quality initiatives. You will work in a team-oriented environment, with hands-on duties and a commitment to workplace safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Current Driver's Licence.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, agriculture or warehousing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to identify safety or quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
• Load, blend and dispatch finished products to meet production schedules.
• Start up, monitor, adjust and shut down production equipment safely.
• Monitor plant performance and identify abnormal operating conditions.
• Make process adjustments within authorised limits to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Move raw materials and finished products using a forklift and other plant equipment.
• Report equipment faults, safety hazards and quality issues to the Site Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Participate in safety, quality and environmental initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow all workplace health and safety, environmental and quality procedures.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Blending Operator to join our team in Maroota.

In this hands-on role, you'll operate our blending plant to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You'll monitor equipment, load and blend raw materials, and help keep production running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play an important role in maintaining product quality, meeting production targets and ensuring our site remains safe and environmentally responsible.

About You

To be successful, you will have:
