Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a Migrations & Reporting Manager to drive APRA and tax reporting accuracy within Custody & Investment Platform Operations. You’ll lead data transitions, partner with Product, Fund Accounting, Risk, and Technology to strengthen data integrity and reporting outcomes.

This senior role requires deep expertise in superannuation reporting, tax statements, and governance, with leadership responsibilities to develop a high-performing team and deliver high-quality regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in superannuation, platform, or custody operations.
• Knowledge of APRA reporting and regulatory obligations in superannuation.
• Experience with data transitions, migrations, or onboarding, ensuring data integrity.
• Familiarity with fund accounting, investment products, and unit pricing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own APRA and superannuation regulatory reporting with data alignment and accuracy.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of super and IDPS tax statements and reconciliations.
• Serve as SME on superannuation tax reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data transitions, migrations, and onboarding for platform integrity.
• Establish governance and control frameworks across regulatory, tax, and reporting.
