Job summary

Exclusive Networks’ Elastic Digital team seeks a confident Mid Weight Designer to join a global technology client portfolio. You’ll own concept through delivery for diverse projects, including campaigns, portals, websites and motion graphics.

You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, account managers and clients in a fast-paced agency environment while championing brand systems and thoughtful AI use. You will apply strong typography, layout and information design skills, proficient in Adobe

Qualifications

• Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills.
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Proficient in Figma, design systems, components and variants, and brand libraries.
• Solid understanding of web and UX/UI principles including responsive behaviour and content hierarchy.
• Experience or willingness to develop skills in motion design and After Effects.
• Ability to take work from concept through to final delivery.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and production discipline.
• Proactive problem solving and clear communication in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from briefing and ideation through production, QA and delivery.
• Design content-led collateral (white papers, PDFs, presentations, digital assets).
• Review content and guide hierarchy and design decisions.
• Create motion content (explainers, animations, digital ads) using approved assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Design responsive landing pages and interactive experiences using UX/UI patterns.
• Prepare presentations across PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote.
• Apply brand guidelines and elevate the creative where possible.
• Identify production issues and propose practical solutions.
• Know when to use AI in design processes and when not to.
• Maintain organized file structures and handover-ready working files.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teams and manage multiple projects.
