DEPT® is a Growth Invention company blending technology and marketing to help brands grow. As a Senior Motion Designer, you’ll work across diverse accounts in our Global Studios, delivering emotive, conversion-focused video and digital creative. You’ll often lead on multimedia questions, source assets, and drive projects from storyboard to final output.

You’ll bring deep After Effects, Figma and Adobe Suite experience, plus a collaborative, deadline-driven mindset. 3D skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Agency experience across brand, direct and above-the-line creative work.
• Extensive experience with After Effects, Figma and the wider Adobe suite.
• 3D experience is a bonus.
• Strong collaboration and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Create video, animation and digital creative solutions for clients.
• Lead multimedia questions and issues across the team.
• Deliver constructive feedback to peers.
• Source images and footage for projects.
• Take accountability for flawless design output from storyboard to completion.
• Contribute innovative ideas at creative review meetings.
• Protect brand integrity and advocate inclusive practices.
• Support teammates and help manage deadlines.
