UGL Limited in Perth (CBD) invites applications for a Mid Term Scheduler on a casual basis for an estimated 12-month duration, starting ASAP. You will develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules for hydrocarbon facilities, using CMMS, SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel and MS Project.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical qualification, have at least five years scheduling experience in hydrocarbon environments, and demonstrate strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Proficient in CMMS.
• Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in a hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules using CMMS.
• Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to minimize disruption to plant operations.
• Collaborate with departments to align schedules with production goals.
• Utilize SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to develop schedules.
• Monitor and report progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding maintenance plans and activities.
• Prioritize safety and technical integrity in scheduling activities.
