Job summary

UGL Limited in Perth (CBD) invites applications for a Mid Term Scheduler on a casual basis for an estimated 12-month duration, starting ASAP. You will develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules for hydrocarbon facilities, using CMMS, SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel and MS Project.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical qualification, have at least five years scheduling experience in hydrocarbon environments, and demonstrate strong communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Proficient in CMMS.
• Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in a hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to minimize disruption to plant operations.
• Collaborate with departments to align schedules with production goals.

| | | | | --- | --- | | Mid Term Scheduler-269949 To support our ongoing operations and ensure optimal performance, UGL are seeking a skilled **Mid Term Scheduler** to join our team in Perth CBD. This role will commence in ASAP, on a casual basis for an estimated 12-month duration. You will be a local Perth, WA resident and work a 5/2 roster. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership in the delivery of optimised Mid Term maintenance schedules and to support efficient delivery of routine maintenance, strategic maintenance campaign schedules and planned maintenance shutdowns.
