Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment partners with a global firm delivering major projects across Commercial, Education, Infrastructure and more in Sydney. They seek an Architect with a proactive mindset, capable of growing with the team on long-term opportunities.

You will document and detail construction drawings, design with the team, and contribute from concept to completion on large-scale projects. Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of the Building Code of Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years' post-grad experience.
• Proven commercial design experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the design, detailing and construction process.
• Knowledge of Building Code of Australia and other industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document and detail construction drawings and specifications.
• Design and integrate with the project team on large-scale projects.
• Contribute from concept to completion across Commercial, Education, Infrastructure, Multi-Residential and Aviation projects.

The team have been able to produce multiple award-winning projects through integrating architecture, interior design, strategy and community.

The Role

We are seeking talented Architects who are looking for long-term growth and development within the team. With a large pipeline of projects ongoing and incoming, this role will suit an experienced and confident Architect who can document, detail construction drawings, design and integrate with the team.

About You

You are a dedicated and passionate Architect who is eager to expand your skills and knowledge within large-scale projects. You are a team player who is keen to take on various projects from concept to completion.

• Minimum of 5 years' post-grad experience
• Masters degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Must have proven commercial design experience
• Demonstrated understanding of the design, detailing and construction process
• Knowledge of Building Code of Australia and other industry regulations
