Job summary

Bespoke Careers - Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Lead to manage complex defence and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of design excellence in a flexible studio environment.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating consultants, and delivering high-quality documentation across all project phases. FIFO is required on a fortnightly basis, funded by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating consultants.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with master planning and all project phases.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from concept to delivery.

• Ensure high-quality design and documentation standards.
