Job summary

Data#3 is seeking a Microsoft Specialist/Solutions Architect to drive adoption of Software Licensing offerings within Australia. You will partner with the sales team to promote CSP solutions, balancing technical knowledge with business acumen to grow our customer base.

You will collaborate with customers, Microsoft, and Data#3 staff to ensure high-quality service, handle post-sales support where needed, and help onboard new CSP clients in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background with Microsoft technology and licensing.
• Experience supporting sales teams in pre-sales activities.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, Microsoft and Data#3 staff.

Responsibilities

• Understand Online Services solutions and Data#3 offerings for CSP.
• Know Microsoft Licensing rights to support customer licensing requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers, Microsoft, and Data#3 staff for quality service.
• Assist sales with pre-sales plans and proposals.
• Provide demonstrations, presentations, and training for clients.
