Job summary

Integer IT is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to design and deliver modern Microsoft cloud and cybersecurity solutions from NSW Mid North Coast. You will work with clients to implement SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Purview, guiding projects and mentoring engineers.

The role emphasizes direct customer engagement, ownership of complex environments, and opportunities to influence new services while developing Microsoft expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial IT experience.
• Strong MSP, project engineering or senior support experience.
• Confident working directly with customers with excellent client communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and troubleshoot complex technical environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications highly regarded; proven practical experience.
• Available for immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud migration projects.
• Design modern Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Purview.
• Mentor and support other engineers and technical staff.

You will lead projects, solve complex technical issues, support other engineers and help deliver modern Microsoft cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

The opportunity

You’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver modern Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Purview and emerging Microsoft AI technologies.

Your role will include

• Work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
• Manage Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
• Implement Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security solutions
• Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud migration projects
• Lead SharePoint engagements and migrations , best practice for future efficiency and workflow gains
• Document management and workflow automation
• Execute Essential Eight or other security uplift projects
• Handle complex Level 3 escalations
• Perform project scoping, implementation and customer handover
• Support and mentor other technical staff

About you

• 5+ years of commercial IT experience
• Strong MSP, project engineering or senior support experience
