Job summary

fournines seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 / Intune Lead to own design, architecture, implementation and ongoing optimisation of modern workplace solutions for clients. You will steer Microsoft 365, Intune and EUC, working with Cloud, Network and Security teams, mentoring engineers and guiding technical strategy.

This leadership role delivers technical direction across migrations, governance and security with hands-on architecture oversight and customer engagements across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
• Extensive experience leading complex migration and deployment projects.
• Deep expertise across Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Autopilot, Defender, and 365 Security.
• Strong background in EUC, Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Operations.
• Proven experience packaging and deploying Windows applications using Intune.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, identity management, endpoint security, compliance and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 and Intune across multiple environments.
• Own the technical delivery of EUC and Digital Workplace solutions.
• Architect and implement Intune, Endpoint Manager, End User Computing, and Defender security solutions.
• Lead large-scale 365 migration projects (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, hybrid).
• Oversee packaging, deployment, versioning and endpoint standardisation via Intune.
• Design and implement Entra ID (Azure AD) identity, authentication and access management.
• Configure and manage SharePoint Online permissions and governance.
• Develop automation using PowerShell to improve efficiency and deployment consistency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to engineers.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Network and Security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead workshops, architecture reviews, onboarding and solution design sessions.
• Produce technical documentation, standards, governance frameworks and procedures.
• Act as Modern Workplace SME across internal teams and customer engagements.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Intune Lead to join our growing technical team. This is a technical leadership role where you’ll own the design, architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of modern workplace solutions for our partners and their clients.

As the technical lead, you’ll provide strategic direction across Microsoft 365, Intune, and End User Computing (EUC), ensuring secure, scalable, and best‑practice solutions. You’ll work closely with Cloud, Network, and Security teams, lead complex customer engagements, mentor engineers, and act as the primary technical authority for Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Microsoft Modern Workplace practice, influence technical strategy, mentor a high‑performing engineering team, and deliver innovative solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune environments across multiple customer environments.
• Own the technical delivery of End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace solutions.
• Architect and implement Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, and Microsoft Defender security solutions.
• Lead large‑scale Microsoft 365 migration projects, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and hybrid environments.
• Oversee application packaging, deployment, version management, and endpoint standardisation using Microsoft Intune.

• Produce high‑quality technical documentation, standards, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.
• Act as the Microsoft Modern Workplace Subject Matter Expert (SME) across internal teams and customer engagements.

What You’ll Bring

• Microsoft Certified: MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert

• Microsoft Security certifications (SC-300, SC-400, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
