Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to act as the technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence in Australia. You will guide customers toward adoption, enable productivity outcomes across identity, security and collaboration, and deliver technical solutions across data, files, and communications.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and AzureAD identity management, with Baseline or NV1

Qualifications

• Baseline Clearance or NV1 Clearance required.
• Extensive hands-on Microsoft 365 Engineer experience.
• Strong knowledge of core Office 365 collaboration services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.
• Deliver a first-class experience for Modern Workplace customers.
• Guide adoption and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 stack.
