Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions Lead to own and govern the organisation's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva, Entra ID and Power Platform. The role drives the digital workplace strategy, Copilot enablement and security/compliance across 30,000+ employees, contractors and partners nationwide.

The role reports to the Head of EUC & Assets and supports Microsoft licensing strategy, vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own and govern SVHA’s enterprise Microsoft 365 platform and associated services.
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace and Copilot capabilities.
• Lead governance, adoption and value realisation initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
• Optimise Microsoft licensing investments through utilisation analysis, forecasting and commercial governance.
• Manage tenant governance, administration standards, delegated access and platform lifecycle activities.
• Lead communication, organisational readiness and adoption activities supporting new platform capabilities.
• Promote modern ways of working and increase user adoption of collaboration, digital workplace and AI technologies.
