Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions Lead to own and drive the enterprise Microsoft 365 platform, digital workplace, and Copilot AI-enabled productivity. You will partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to maximise value while ensuring security and compliance for a national workforce of 30,000+.

Qualifications

Extensive experience administering and governing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong expertise across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
Experience developing governance frameworks, platform standards and operating models.
Knowledge of licensing, subscription management and governance.

Responsibilities

Own and govern SVHA’s enterprise Microsoft 365 platform and services.
Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities.
Lead governance, adoption and value realisation initiatives for AI-enabled workplace tech.
Optimise licensing investments through utilisation analysis and forecasting.
Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft and licensing partners.
Lead adoption, communication and change initiatives to boost productivity.
Monitor platform health and provide strategic insights to leadership.
