Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia seeks a Microsoft 365 Solutions Lead to own the enterprise Microsoft 365 platform, drive the roadmap for digital workplace and Copilot capabilities, and govern licensing and AI-enabled initiatives across 30,000+ staff nationwide.

You will partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure Operations and business units to maximise value, ensure security and regulatory alignment, and lead adoption and change programs in a large, complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering and governing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, platform standards and operating models.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, subscription management and commercial governance.
• Experience leading vendor relationships and working within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering adoption, organisational change and continual improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate technology opportunities into strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern SVHA’s enterprise Microsoft 365 platform and associated services.
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace and Copilot capabilities.
• Lead governance, adoption and value realisation initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
• Optimise Microsoft licensing investments through utilisation analysis, forecasting and commercial governance.
• Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft, support providers and licensing partners.
• Lead organisational adoption, communication and change initiatives that increase productivity and employee experience outcomes.
• Monitor platform health, performance, governance compliance and service maturity, providing strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
