Job summary

Evolve Scientific in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking 2 QC Analysts for Microbiology QC to join a well-established pharmaceutical environment. Roles are 9-month and 3-month contracts, with standard Monday to Friday hours, suitable for WHVs with GMP microbiology testing experience.

You will perform sample testing, log results in LIMS, and ensure SOP-compliant data entry and equipment readiness. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science with Microbiology major.
• GMP environment experience and environmental monitoring preferred.
• MS Office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample testing and result reading.
• Data entry including logging samples in LIMS.
• Research, evaluate and enter results to SOP standards.
• Ensure equipment and facilities prepared per approved procedures.
• Coordinate samples and data entry using LIMS.
• General laboratory housekeeping and stock maintenance.

• Seeking 2x QC Analysts to join Microbiology QC team
• 9-month contract & 3-month contract
• Monday to Friday with standard working hours

WHVs with previous Microbiology testing experience within a GMP environment highly encouraged to apply!

About your duties:

• Perform sample testing & result reading
• Data entry including logging of samples in LIMS
• Research & evaluate & enter results to SOP standards
• Ensure equipment & facilities are prepared in accordance with approved procedures
• Coordinate samples & perform data entry using LIMS
• General laboratory housekeeping & maintaining stock in the laboratory

About you:

• A Bachelor of Science, majoring in Microbiology or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience performing environmental monitoring in a GMP environment highly regarded
• MS Office Based Software experience
• Sound written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time with sound attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a great attitude
