Job summary

Downer's Energy & Utilities in Sydney is seeking candidates for a casual meter-reading role. You will receive full training and learn how to use the device to find meters and enter readings, with support from a close-knit team.

This position keeps you active, outdoors, and on the move across our wide-reaching utilities contracts. No previous meter-reading experience is required, and you’ll be guided to work safely, follow schedules, and deliver accurate readings every time.

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Good customer service and friendly communication.
• Motivation to work safely, follow schedules and get tasks done correctly.
