Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities in Tasmania is seeking a metre reader to join our field team. You will walk to customer sites, read meters and enter readings using our handheld device.

No prior meter reading experience is required; full training is provided. This casual, outdoor role keeps you active, with a supportive team and clear safety processes.

You must have a valid driver’s licence, reliability, and be able to work in all weather to meet schedules and deliver accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Walk to meter locations to read meters.
