Job summary

Agilitus is seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, support business development and deliver studies across mining and minerals sectors, including gold, lithium and rare earths.

As a senior consultant, you will lead projects from scoping through detailed design, work with clients, and help identify opportunities for future work while developing your leadership and commercial skills within a

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline.
• Consulting experience in an engineering consultancy, EPCM or project delivery environment.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, projects or study packages.
• Extensive experience in mineral processing (gold, lithium, rare earths, or critical minerals).
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities and oversee key deliverables.
• Manage project delivery from scoping to detailed design, ensuring quality, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across disciplines and engage clients in reviews and workshops.
• Mentor engineers and develop team capability.
