Job summary

Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking reliable Machine Operators for ongoing work at a well-established metal manufacturing facility in Beenleigh. Working as part of a production team, you will assist with manufacturing light-gauge steel framing products using industrial machinery. Applicants with basic machine operating experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Roster: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 2:30pm | Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm. Start: Immediate.

Qualifications

• Basic machine operating experience.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• A safety-conscious approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Own Long Sleeved Cotton PPE w/ reflective strips - or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Full Australian Working rights without restrictions.
• Experience in steel or metal manufacturing will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Loading steel materials and feeding them into machinery
• Assisting with steel forming, punching and cutting processes
• Checking product quality and production output
• Stacking and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Performing manual handling and following safety procedures
