Job summary

Labourforce is seeking reliable Factory Operators / Sheet Metal Folders for a well-established steel manufacturing company based in Crestmead, QLD. This is a full-time, ongoing role with a stable day shift 5:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Applicants should have factory/manufacturing background with experience in sheet metal folding or press brake machinery, accurate measurement reading, and strong safety focus. Welding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating sheet metal folding or press brake machines preferred.
• Ability to accurately read measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Reliable transport and strong work ethic.

Labourforce is currently seeking multiple reliable and experienced Factory Operators / Sheet Metal Folders for a well-established steel manufacturing company based in Crestmead, QLD.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with a reputable business offering stable hours and a supportive team environment.

• Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work with full-time hours available

Pay Rate

• $37.35 per hour + super
• Same rate across all roles

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating sheet metal folding / press brake machinery
• Folding steel sheets to specification
• Reading and interpreting basic measurements
• Performing light machine adjustments
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Assisting with general production and factory duties

To Be Successful, You Will Have
