Job summary

Griffon ANZ is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to service Bunnings stores from the Maroochydore to Morayfield region. This casual, flexible role offers a competitive hourly rate and mileage reimbursement, with 2–3 days per week minimum and potential for more during busy periods.

The position suits a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, lift stock, and build strong customer rapport while aiming to transition into a full-time sales role in the future.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware/grocery merchandising experience would be advantageous.
• Confident communication with customers and building rapport.
• Self-motivated to work autonomously.
• Strong time management and positive attitude.
• Physically fit to climb ladders and handle stock.
• A valid driver's license and reliable car.
• Ambition to move into a full-time sales role in the future.

On Offer

• Competitive hourly rate $34.34 + Kilometer reimbursement + Super
• 2-3 days' work per week minimum, with room to take on more days during busy periods
