AMES Australasia is seeking a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing Bunnings stores in the South Australia metro area. The role is a flexible casual position with 2–3 days per week minimum and room to take on more during busy periods.

Responsibilities include visiting stores, executing merchandising plans, assisting with bay upgrades, and supporting the Sales team. This role requires physical capability for lifting and stock handling and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware/grocery merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Able to climb ladders and handle stock.
• Confident communicator who can build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Calling on Bunnings stores and executing merchandising expectations.
• Assisting with bay upgrades and relays.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling as part of duties.
• Coverage for Sales team when needed.

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing our Bunnings stores, ideally looking for someone who is based in the South Australia Metro area.

Skills and experience

• Previous Hardware/Grocery merchandising experience would be advantageous
• The confidence and ability to communicate with customers and build rapport
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to work autonomously
• Strong time management skills & positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to climb ladders and handle stock
• A valid driver's license/reliable car
• Ambition to move into a full-time sales role in the future
