Job summary

Griffon ANZ is seeking a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing Bunnings stores in the Melbourne Eastern Suburbs (Blackburn and surrounding suburbs). The role involves calling on Bunnings stores to execute merchandising expectations, assist with bay upgrades and relays, and provide vacancy coverage for the Sales team.

The ideal candidate will have hardware or grocery merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware or grocery merchandising is advantageous.
• Confident in communicating with customers and building rapport.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Good time management and positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform lifting, climbing ladders, and stocking.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.
