Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Australia invites energetic Casual Sales Merchandisers for Brisbane CBD and Indooroopilly. Approx. 10 hours per week, must have a full driver’s licence and vehicle. Role covers the grocery channel, including Woolworths, Coles and independents.

You will build retailer relationships, create appealing displays, stock shelves, and monitor promotions. Prior experience in grocery retail, a proactive, autonomous attitude, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery retail or as a merchandiser.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Comfort with stock handling and shelf displays.
• Must hold a full driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Proficient with iPad and apps used for field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.
• Create POS displays to showcase Lindt products.
• Merchandise shelves: facing, ticketing, stocking, and stock rotation.
• Identify in-store opportunities to drive brand exposure and sales.
• Support Area Manager with plan preselling and display negotiations.
• Record promotional compliance through CRM system.
• Execute merchandising standards consistently.
• Report back on store and consumer insights.

We are looking for people who are able to work around Indooroopilly and Brisbane CBD.
