Job summary

ITW Construction Products - Asia Pacific is seeking a Merchandiser to maintain Building Solution ranges for Retail sales across the Brisbane region. You will ensure stock, call cycles, and customer service levels are met while building strong customer relationships.

The role involves collaboration with retailers, travel across South Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast, and adherence to health and safety standards. A reliable vehicle is required and kilometre reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to liaise with varying levels of organisation and customer base.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer/business relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• Some regional travel may be required, up to one week per quarter.
• A reliable vehicle is required, and kilometre reimbursement will be provided for all work-related travel.
• Territory – Spanning South Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast.

Make a difference: Be responsible for maintenance of ITW Building Solution ranges to a high standard for Retail sale to enable profitable growth within region. This includes meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels, call cycle accuracy and stock maintenance.

Collaborate: Drive customer satisfaction, meeting/exceeding agreed customer service levels through superior business practices, focused customer service and strong relationship building.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate call cycle compliance. With efficient and streamlined customer call cycle delivery, maximising the allocated in-store hours. And Commit to an active demonstration of ITW culture & values, health and safety work practices and standards

What You’ll Bring
