This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to own the employee lifecycle, lead a significant payroll systems implementation, and partner closely with senior Finance and IT stakeholders as a HR Business Partner across a complex, multi-business platform.
This is a hybrid role with locations in Chirnside Park and Dandenong.
Reporting to the Platform HR Director, this role is accountable for platform-wide people services, processes and policies, as well as end-to-end HR business partnering for the Finance and IT functions (circa 60–70 employees and 10 people leaders). You are an accomplished HR Generalist or HR Manager with experience across people operations, business partnering and project delivery, ideally within complex, product-based environments such as industrial, manufacturing or FMCG.
You enjoy balancing detail and design, are confident working with HR systems and data, and are comfortable leading cross-functional projects where process, technology and people intersect.
