This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role where no two days are the same, combining sales, merchandising, customer service, deliveries and warehouse duties.
You’ll work closely with local farmers and a wide range of community customers, helping them find the right products and practical solutions for their needs, while working across both the retail store and warehouse. You’ll play a key role in this space, helping customers quickly and safely with product selection, loading, and advice.
You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team who take pride in helping their customers and each other.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and has a genuine interest in agriculture or rural products. You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You’re also comfortable working in both a retail and warehouse setting and enjoy hands-on work, including assisting customers with loading products.
As part of our pre-employment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete a police check and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
At Norco, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
