Job summary

Brisbane Broncos in Brisbane, Australia, invites applications for a hands-on Retail & E-commerce Manager to drive day-to-day retail performance across stores, online channels, game days and events. You will lead commercial trading, optimise the e-commerce platform and ensure accurate stock management and timely delivery.

Reporting to the General Manager – Retail & Merchandise, you will build and develop teams, manage rostering, maintain high customer standards and deliver premium

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations or retail management across multi-channel environments.
• Strong inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment capabilities.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and online merchandising.
• Experience leading retail or merchandise teams and rostering casual staff.
• Solid financial acumen with experience using POS, inventory and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations across stores, online channels and events.
• Lead e-commerce trading and platform optimisation, including product listings and promotions.
• Manage online fulfilment, delivery, and click-and-collect services.
• Coordinate stock planning, forecasting, and replenishment across channels.
• Support game-day and event retail operations, including staffing and readiness.
• Prepare monthly merchandise and e-commerce financial reporting.
• Develop and coach retail, warehouse and event teams.
