Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle.
• Bright, confident personality with ability to connect and sell.
• Strong eye for styling, presentation, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.
• Create a warm, engaging experience and build lasting relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, riding gear, helmets, and accessories.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and promotions.
• Promote new arrivals, campaigns, and in-store events.
• Handle inquiries in-store and over the phone professionally.
• Process POS transactions accurately (cash and EFTPOS/card).
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
