Eurostar Diesels, a Melbourne-area Mercedes-Benz specialist, seeks a Service Advisor to manage front-desk customer service, quotes and diagnostics. You’ll liaise with technicians, research parts, and build relationships with owners and fleet managers, contributing to a smooth service flow.

Ideal candidates will understand automotive repairs, be computer-literate, and excel at documentation and quotes, while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service advisor or related automotive sales role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the front counter, on the phone, via text and email.
• Build strong relationships with customers, whether individuals or fleet managers.
• Liaise with technicians to understand faults and recommended repairs.
• Write detailed vehicle inspection and diagnostic reports.
• Use electronic parts catalogues to research and order parts.
• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for repairs.
• Keep customers informed through all stages of the service and repair process.
• Support Workshop Manager and Technicians to keep the shop running smoothly.
