Job summary

Peoplebank represents a large Australian organisation recruiting a Cisco Meraki Network Engineer to manage Cisco Meraki, voice and Meraki MV CCTV within a major enterprise. The role collaborates with Senior Engineers and the Network & Communications team to maintain high availability of the Cisco environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Meraki experience, a foundational grasp of VoIP and networking concepts, and a drive to advance Cisco Telephony skills across Webex Calling and CCTV

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a network or IT infrastructure support role

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for the Cisco Meraki platform via the Meraki Dashboard
• Support Meraki MV CCTV platform including camera health and deployment
• Assist with Meraki configuration changes and site rollouts using templates
• Perform routine Cisco voice administration including user moves and provisioning in Webex Calling
• Troubleshoot voice, network and wireless issues using Meraki Dashboard and packet captures
• Support switching and wireless infrastructure as part of BAU in the Core Network environment
