ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for a motivated, early-career Estimator to join a reputable construction contractor and build a strong career in estimating. You’ll be supported and mentored by experienced Senior Estimators while gaining hands-on exposure to the full tender process, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Senior Estimators in preparing tenders
• Complete quantity takeoffs
• Obtain and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Follow up with trades to secure pricing within tender deadlines
• Compile and prepare tender reports
• Collaborate with the wider team throughout the tender process

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A tertiary qualification in Construction (essential)
• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Strong analytical and/or financial skills (highly regarded)
• Experience with Cubit (advantageous but not essential)
• Full Australian working rights
