Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
• Blue Card/Working with Children Check required.
• Own vehicle and Australian work rights.
• Excellent communication and empathetic listening.
• Experience in disability support or mentoring valued.
• Ability to follow plans and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide practical support and transport where needed.
• Support participants to pursue meaningful goals.
• Document progress notes and required reporting.
• Offer mentoring to help develop skills and confidence.
