Life Without Barriers in Adelaide is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Practitioner on a 5-month maximum-term contract to deliver recovery-focused psychosocial support in community and home-based settings.

You will develop person-led support plans, facilitate group activities, and work with participants, families and care teams, maintaining detailed records and advocating for access to services.
