Job summary

Stride is seeking a part-time Mental Health Support role in Adelaide to provide recovery-oriented psychosocial support to people of all ages. You will work with clinicians, Peer Workers and GPs to deliver coordinated, person-centred care plans in a GP-integrated service.

The role requires a Certificate IV or higher in mental health or related fields, with experience in recovery planning and culturally safe practice. Eligible WWCC and NDIS screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services or Alcohol and Other Drugs or higher (desirable).
• Experience providing psychosocial or recovery-oriented support to people with mental health challenges.
• Knowledge of housing, income support and NDIs/NDIS-related services.
• Skills in recovery planning and goal setting.
• Strong communication and engagement with people with complex needs.
