Qualifikationen

• Stable employment history.
• Case Management and Referral Experience.
• Sensitive to Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander culture and families.
• Experience with Indigenous families, men, children, youth and trauma.
• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.

Aufgaben

• Provide family violence case management support and case coordination for Aboriginal women and children.
• Conduct needs and risk assessments using a strengths-based approach.
• Coordinate referrals and short-term support to enhance safety and stability.
• Liaise with Aboriginal families and communities to strengthen capacity.
