You'll bring prior aged care experience, creativity, and a commitment to quality improvement, with a Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, especially with dementia care.
• Ability to design person‑centred activities and tailor experiences.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful, tailored lifestyle experiences for residents reflecting who they are.
• Support residents through engaging activities and monitor wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold Aged Care Standards and documentation.
