Yarrawonga Health is seeking Health Care Workers to join Allawah Memory Support Unit in Yarrawonga. You will support nurses and staff in delivering person-centred care and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for residents.

We offer shift patterns across mornings, afternoons and some nights, Monday through Sunday, with availability for nights, weekends and public holidays. Join us to build a meaningful, long-term career in rural health.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated commitment to compassionate care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
• Ability to work nights, public holidays and weekends.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) – CHC33021 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Health, Aged Care, or support role.
• Current Level 1 First Aid certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Create positive interactions that support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Work under supervision of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
