Job summary

Fernwood Fitness Gregory Hills/Campbelltown is seeking a detail-oriented Membership Support Administrator to join our team. This casual position offers potential to transition to a part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week).

You will handle member enquiries, deferrals and account adjustments with empathy and accuracy, working Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm. Experience in administration and strong communication skills are essential.

Membership Support Administrator- Immediate Start

Role Overview:

Fernwood Fitness Gregory Hills/Campbelltown is seeking a detail-oriented Membership Support Administratorto join our team.

This is a casual position with opportunity to transition to Part-Time Role (minimum 20 hours per week),

Working Monday to Friday, anywhere between 9:00am till 7:00pm.

Hourly Rate $33.05

This role is heavily focused on processing membership admin tasks such as deferrals, general enquiries from members and staff and managing member account enquiries. We are looking for someone who is confident following structured processes, can handle sensitive conversations with empathy, detailed orientated and thorough and works closely with management to ensure compliance and accuracy.

About the Role

As the Membership Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing member account matters professionally and efficiently. You will ensure all cancellations, deferrals, account adjustments and other administrative tasks are processed accurately in line with company procedures.

You will handle member enquiries and complaints with empathy andprofessionalism, escalating matters to management when required.

Thisrole requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the club management team.

Key Responsibilities
